Project Manager For 3XN - New York

3XN is looking for a Project Manager to join our studio in New York City. You will be working on a range of exciting, North American-based projects in an open, innovative, and design-oriented environment.

We are looking for experienced designers who are passionate about value-driven, high-quality architecture at both the conceptual and detail level. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, multicultural office with friendly colleagues and opportunity for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects through all phases including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination.
  
  

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture
• Minimum 10 years of experience in all phases of design and documentation, from Concept Design through Construction Documentation (project management experience required)
• Strong conceptual and technical design skills, with the ability to produce design options both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience coordinating with consultants and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic about advancing the studio.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
• Available to work full-time in person in New York, NY
  
  

Software & Technical Skills

• High proficiency with Revit, additionally Rhino, Enscape and the Adobe Suite will be useful.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation standards and technical detailing.
• Knowledge of sustainable design strategies and building performance standards
