About the Role

We’re looking for a Partnership Manager to build and scale our partnerships function in the United States across our product suite, enabling both co-created product partnerships and channel revenue growth.


This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market, turning partnerships into both new capabilities and measurable revenue outcomes.


You’ll work closely with product, engineering and commercial teams to identify opportunities, close partnerships, and bring partner-led solutions to market.


In this Role you will:

  • Execute Decidr’s partnerships strategy across the US region
  • Drive ecosystem-led growth through co-created products, integrations, and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop and launch partner-led solutions
  • Develop and activate channel and distribution partners (resellers, consultancies, SIs) to generate revenue
  • Lead joint go-to-market initiatives and enable partners to sell across the product suite
  • Identify, structure, and close high-value partnership opportunities
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle and build repeatable playbooks and scalable processes


You’ll succeed if you:

  • Have experience building and closing partnerships in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
  • Have owned or contributed to revenue or pipeline targets through partnerships
  • Can identify, structure, and close complex partnership deals
  • Are comfortable working closely with Product and Engineering teams
  • Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building from zero
  • Can operate across both strategic and executional work
  • Have a strong bias toward action and outcomes
