Job Description

  • Coordinate the full-cycle lateral and summer associate recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and organized candidate information.
  • Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new associates.
  • Plan and execute Summer Program events and trainings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiters and other talent acquisition resources.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events and career fairs to identify top talent.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment agreements, and other related documentation.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Legal Recruiting Coordinator Should Have

  • 1+ years of experience within legal recruiting (required)
  • Bachelors degree (required).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with candidates and team members.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR-related software.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work onsite 3-4 days per week.
