Job Description
Coordinate the full-cycle lateral and summer associate recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and organized candidate information.
Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new associates.
Plan and execute Summer Program events and trainings.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiters and other talent acquisition resources.
Organize and participate in recruitment events and career fairs to identify top talent.
Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment agreements, and other related documentation.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Legal Recruiting Coordinator Should Have
1+ years of experience within legal recruiting (required)
Bachelors degree (required).
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with candidates and team members.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR-related software.
A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work onsite 3-4 days per week.
