Job Summary

Supermicro is seeking an experienced project manager for ethernet switch products. This role requires a strong switch product knowledge, project development process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage and host switch projects from kick off to EOL.
• Support system engineers during product assembly stage. Taking this change, PM needs to make sure and well know product each angel detail including manufacture process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software/firmware, BMC/BIOS, HW, ME designers, and production team, and Lab team to review product status and quality.
• Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams for technical issues resolution.
• Control schedule and on time delivery
• Come out support document and selling points to make sure product successful.
  
  

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or Computer Engineering (CE) related or equivalent program management experiences are preferred.
• 7+ years of hands-on switch product experience is plus.
• 3-5 years of Program/Project Management experience
• Experience in the manufacturing process of factory.
• Ability to create positive relationships with internal and external team members.
• Ability to work with team members and collaborate effectively with people in different group
• Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English
