HR Head for Operations

Location: Navotas

Salary: Up to PHP 150,000

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Human Resource or other related course
Preferably 3 years related working experience (experienced in HR Head work related)
Well-versed in presentation of reports and recommend improvement activities
Has sharp attention to detail
Has the ability to work independently but can also work with others in a team environment
Good communication skills & detail-oriented

Basic Function

To manage the entire operations of Human Resources and Administrative Services
Attains organizational effectiveness through manpower planning, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, and employee relations
Delivers administrative services and management of general services needs
