Qualifications

• 410 years of HR experience, ideally across multiple industries
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, maritime regulations, and employee relations
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ensure compliance with industry-specific and maritime regulations

Employee Relations & Compliance

Handle labor relations and conflict resolution

Ensure compliance with labor laws and liaise with regulatory agencies

Performance Management & Training

Oversee training and leadership development programs

Enhance performance management systems and organizational development initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

Support competitive compensation and benefits programs

Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits administration

Organizational Development & HR Systems
