Your Role:

As a YouTube Specialist , you will :

• YouTube SEO & Optimization
• Utilize AI tools to optimize titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, and metadata.
• Implement advanced YouTube SEO strategies to increase CTR, watch time, subscriber growth, and retention.
• Improve and maintain efficient optimization workflows and processes.
• Algorithm & Growth Strategy
• Translate complex insights from YouTube Analytics into clear, concise, and actionable reports for clients.
• Identify growth opportunities, trends, and audience behavior patterns.
• Develop data-driven strategy recommendations and roadmaps.
• YouTube Shorts & Emerging Features
• Review long-form content to identify high-impact or viral-potential moments for repurposing.
• Produce simple but effective edits of Shorts and repurposed video clips using rapid-edit tools.
• Stay current on YouTube platform updates, algorithm shifts, and Shorts innovation.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing or optimizing YouTube channels.
• Portfolio required showcasing thumbnail design, short-form edits, or other relevant visual work.
• Advanced proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop for rapid, high-quality thumbnail creation.
• Ability to extract clean, high-quality still frames from long-form content.
• Experience using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for metadata and content ideation.
• Proficiency with rapid short-form editing tools (OpusClip, Captions, or similar).
• Strong ability to build, analyze, and present data-backed reports for clients and internal teams (reporting is a must).
• Experience juggling multiple client channels, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Flexible availability for occasional nights/weekends when deadlines require quick action.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing and optimizing YouTube channels with a track
• record of growth.
• Deep knowledge of the YouTube algorithm, analytics, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, and other analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of thumbnails, click-through rate (CTR) optimization, and A/B testing.
• Experience working with video editing teams, content creators, and marketing professionals.
• Familiarity with Google Trends, keyword research tools, and content marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of YouTube monetization policies, copyright rules, and brand safety guidelines.
