Job Overview

As a Welcome Team Advisor, you will have an impact in increasing the clients customer base by identifying their needs and showcasing the companys solutions. Therefore, you will be a main point of contact, handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting range of products and services, and ultimately achieving sales.

Responsibilities

• Taking inbound and making outbound calls to warm leads as well as live chat.
• Meeting set KPIs for conversion rates, activity levels and sales targets.
• Handling objections to encourage customer sign-ups.
• Manage customer emails and enquiries effectively.
• Taking the customer through the onboarding process using our CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be residing within Metro Manila
• At least 5+ years of outbound sales experience
• You can only excel in this role with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Being great at building rapport and relationships with your customers, adding value and always being humble.
• Having tenacity and a proven track record hitting activity and sales targets.
• You must be able to demonstrate the ability to learn about umbrella company services and possess a high level of resilience with a passion to develop technical, operational and product knowledge, and with a drive to add value to your customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Teams; and updating CRM systems.
  
  

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 4:00PM - 1:00AM / 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM Manila Time (Must be flexible and open to working both UK and US shift patterns as required.)

Work Setup: Home-based

• Must have at least 50mbps for both download and upload speed
• Must have own laptop/PC for taking assessments and client interviews
