Job Overview

The client is a fast-growing international adventure tourism business operating premium outdoor attractions and accommodation experiences across Ireland, with expansion plans in the UK.

We are building a long-term remote support team in the Philippines and is looking for a Website, SEO & Online Booking Administrator to take ownership of digital performance and support the growth of online platforms.

Key Responsibilities 2. Website Content & Updates 3. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) 4. Third-Party Booking Platforms 5. Email Marketing Support 6. Analytics & Collaboration Skills & Qualifications Working Hours Work Setup:

• Website Maintenance
• Perform regular CMS updates (WordPress, plugins, themes)
• Conduct security monitoring, scans, and apply patches
• Manage daily/weekly backups and restoration processes
• Monitor uptime, page speed, and server performance
• Implement optimizations for speed and stability
• Upload and maintain content (images, text, blogs, promotions)
• Update events, seasonal offers, and packages
• Make minor design/layout improvements
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
• Maintain a consistent, user-friendly experience
• Optimize on-page SEO (metadata, titles, URLs, internal links, alt tags)
• Improve booking engine visibility and conversion
• Monitor performance via Google Analytics & Search Console
• Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
• Conduct keyword optimization and reporting
• Manage listings on platforms (e.g., Airbnb and similar)
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, availability, descriptions, and images
• Update promotions and seasonal offers
• Monitor reviews, ratings, and guest feedback
• Optimize listings for better visibility and conversions
• Maintain pricing and availability parity across platforms
• Execute email campaigns using approved templates
• Maintain and update mailing lists in compliance with data privacy laws
• Align email content with website promotions
• Track and report campaign performance
• Monitor website and booking performance metrics
• Prepare regular reports on traffic, SEO, and bookings
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on campaigns
• Provide data-driven insights to improve performance and revenue
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Experience managing booking engines and third-party platforms
• Strong knowledge of website security and performance best practices
• Understanding of SEO principles and optimization techniques
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console
• Strong attention to detail and user experience focus
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
• Ireland Time: 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Philippine Time (PHT): 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
