Warehouse Inventory Controller (Retail / FMCG)

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Role Overview

The Warehouse Inventory Controller is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring stock movements, ensuring compliance with inventory processes, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency. The role works closely with warehouse operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure proper inventory control and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory movements, adjustments, and reconciliations
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock takes
• Investigate inventory variances and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory records
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams on stock concerns and aging inventory
• Support implementation and adherence to inventory control processes and policies
• Prepare inventory and variance reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with company standards, audit requirements, and safety procedures
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain
• Experience in retail, FMCG, logistics, or distribution environments preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and warehouse/inventory management systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
