The Mission: As our Video Editor, you are our lead storyteller. You will translate the NLA brand into motion, creating high-impact video content that drives both engagement and conversion. Your focus is on "performance-first" video—ensuring our content is optimised for the platform it lives on, from vertical social reels to widescreen B2B testimonials.

Key Asset Responsibilities

• Short-Form Social Video: Edit high-energy, vertical Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikToks. You will focus on fast-paced cuts, trending transitions, and "hook-and-hold" storytelling.
• Paid Video Advertising: Produce Meta Video Ads (9:16 & 1:1) and YouTube Pre-Rolls. You will use data insights to re-cut and iterate on videos to improve retention and click-through rates.
• B2B & Enterprise Content: Edit Customer Testimonials, Executive Interviews, and "How-to" Educational Videos. You will provide the "Pace Setter" polish to our B2B partnership launch videos.
• Motion Graphics: Design and integrate Typography, Logo Animations, and Infographic Overlays to make complex EV data easy to digest.
  
  

Remote Workflow & Brand Adherence

• Motion Branding: You will embed our brand identity into movement—ensuring all transitions, lower-thirds, and captions are strictly on-brand.
• Remote Review Flow: Manage the feedback loop using tools like Frame.io, ensuring AU leads can provide time-coded notes for rapid revisions.
• Cloud Pipeline: Own the cloud-based media pipeline, ensuring all proxy workflows and final renders are organised, backed up, and accessible to the AU team.
  
  

Success Criteria

• Experience: 5+ years in video editing, with a heavy focus on social-first vertical video and digital advertising.
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Platform IQ: Deep understanding of the different "vibes" and technical specs for Reels vs. LinkedIn vs. YouTube.
• Remote Pro: Expert in high-speed file transfers and asynchronous collaboration.

• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
