Job Title: Video & Motion Graphics Specialist (Unity & After Effects)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and self-driven professional to join our dynamic startup team. This role blends creative motion design with technical execution, in this role, you will take mobile game ad concepts from ideation to final delivery. You will be responsible for producing captivating video ads using Unity and After Effects, leveraging the latest AI tools for asset generation, integrating sound and music, and ensuring all visuals are engaging and on-brand. You’ll work closely with internal teams, own your projects from start to finish, and deliver high-quality ads on tight deadlines for the biggest gaming companies in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce Mobile Game Ads - Take creative concepts and transform them into compelling video ads using Unity and After Effects.
• AI-Driven Asset Generation - Utilize the latest AI tools to generate visuals and assets that enhance production efficiency and creativity.
• Sound & Music Integration - Edit and integrate sound effects, music, and voiceovers for polished, impactful videos.
• Motion Graphics & Special Effects - Add transitions, titles, and graphical elements that elevate storytelling and capture audience attention.
• Cross-Team Collaboration - Work with development, production, and marketing teams to align on project requirements, feedback, and revisions.
• Project Ownership - from initial concept to final delivery ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution.
• Efficiency & Quality Control - Meet tight deadlines by maintaining a proactive workflow, while continually refining and optimizing processes.
  
  

• Proficiency in Unity - Ability to set up and animate scenes, handle assets, and optimize workflows for video production.
• Proficiency in After Effects - Strong command over motion design principles, keyframing, compositing, and effects integration.
• AI Tools Experience - Familiarity with AI-driven asset generation or willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Strong Understanding of Motion Graphics - Excellent sense of timing, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Audio Editing Skills - Capable of editing sound effects, balancing audio levels, and syncing voiceovers to animations.
• English Fluency - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience Level - 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a motion graphics or video production role
• Strong communication skills - ability to communicate visual concepts clearly
  
  

• 3D Modeling & Animation - Skills in 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D) to create or refine 3D assets for ads.
• Graphic Design / Illustration - Ability to design additional elements or refine existing visuals for stronger ad impact.
