UI User Interface Designer - Homebased

Job Description

We are looking for a UI/Experience Designer who lives at the intersection of high-end aesthetics and emerging technology. You wont just be designing layouts; you will be architecting immersive digital worlds.

Responsibilities

• Design Immersive Interfaces: Create high-fidelity UI/UX designs that prioritize storytelling, depth, and nontraditional web layouts.
• AI Content Generation: Proactively use AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to generate bespoke imagery, textures, and UI elements that would otherwise take weeks to produce manually.
• Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with our Next.js/GSAP developers to ensure your creative vision is technically feasible and optimized for motion.
• Design for Motion: Create design systems and handoff files that account for complex transitions, scroll triggered animations, and micro-interactions.
• Visual Consistency: Maintain a high bar for typography, grid systems, and color theory while experimenting with avant-garde digital trends.
  
  

• Expert proficiency in Figma, specifically with advanced prototyping and auto-layout features.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI prompt engineering to generate and refine professional-grade visual assets.
• A strong "Motion Eye" for designing interfaces that account for complex physics, timing, and GSAP/Three.js integration.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite for the high-end post-processing of AI-generated content (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
• A showcase of cinematic and immersive digital experiences rather than standard SaaS layouts.
• Experience using Spline or Spline AI to create interactive 3D web elements (Nice to have)
• Basic understanding of CSS/HTML to ensure designs are technically achievable in-browser (Nice to have)
• Previous experience with video editing or motion graphics using After Effects (Nice to have)
