The Training Business Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation for the O&B Academy. This role focuses on delivering sales targets by developing strong client relationships, executing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of training programs. The manager will lead a team dedicated to expanding the academy’s market reach and maximizing its revenue potential through active sales efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Delivery and Execution: Lead sales initiatives to maximize revenue from training programs, focusing on closing deals and meeting sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and secure ongoing business.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base, targeting new and lapsed clients to drive growth.
Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives, leveraging market insights to achieve revenue goals.
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the efforts of the Training Coordinator and Marketing Specialist to support sales initiatives and client engagement.
Training Delivery Oversight: Ensure the successful delivery of training programs in alignment with client expectations and sales agreements.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance against targets and adjust strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance the effectiveness and appeal of training offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Preferred but not required, a graduate of bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years in B2B Sales or Account Management, ideally within the professional training, EdTech, or corporate consulting sectors.
Sales Mastery: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing the full sales lifecycle; from prospecting new/lapsed clients to closing deals.
Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term partnerships with corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor to identify their training needs.
Leadership & Coordination: Experience coordinating cross-functional team members (e.g., Marketing Specialists and Coordinators) to ensure sales initiatives are supported and programs are delivered seamlessly.
Strategic Execution: Ability to translate company objectives into actionable sales plans, leveraging market trends and data to pivot strategies when necessary.
Operational Oversight: Strong project management skills to ensure that what is sold is delivered with high quality, meeting all client expectations and contractual agreements.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in tracking sales KPIs, monitoring performance against targets, and using client feedback to drive continuous program improvement.
