We are looking for a motivated Telesales Appointment Setter to join an established and supportive sales team based in Stourbridge, West Midlands. This is not a typical call-centre role—it is a consultative position focused on engaging with business owners to create meaningful commercial opportunities.

Youll be joining a tech-led B2B digital marketing agency with over 28 years of industry success, working with clients across multiple sectors. The team culture is stable, collaborative, and genuinely supportive.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business owners and senior decision-makers through outbound calls
• Identify opportunities and generate high-quality B2B leads
• Book qualified appointments for the senior sales team
• Conduct intelligent prospecting using CRM systems and LinkedIn
• Build rapport with prospects and maintain a professional, consultative approach
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of telesales experience (B2B preferred)
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Comfortable speaking with senior-level professionals
• Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Positive, resilient, and proactive attitude
  
  

Experience & Skills

• Telemarketing / telesales: Minimum 3 years experience required
• Excellent spoken English is essential
• Experience in sectors such as marketing, IT, recruitment, financial services, utilities, or similar industries is advantageous but not essential.
  
  

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM Manila Time

Work Set-up: Work From Home (must have at least 20 MBPS Internet speed connection at home)
