About The Role

Seeking a Tekla Drafter responsible for creating detailed 3D models and fabrication drawings using Tekla Structures software. The role involves translating design intent into accurate structural steel detailing with a strong emphasis on industry standards, accuracy, and constructibility. This role is critical for delivering precise documentation to support fabrication and construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and detailed 3D structural models using Tekla Structures based on design information and specifications.
• Generate fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and general arrangement drawings from Tekla models.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings to coordinate steel detailing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements in all outputs.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to resolve design conflicts and clarify details.
• Apply revisions to models and drawings based on change notices, coordination updates, and markups.
• Manage and organize Tekla model data, including attributes, numbering, and material specifications.
• Conduct clash detection and address constructibility issues within the model.
• Generate and export material reports and data for procurement and scheduling purposes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting or any related field is preferred but not essential.
• 2+ years of experience in steel detailing or structural drafting using Tekla Structures
• Proficiency in Tekla Structures and familiarity with steel fabrication and construction standards
• Strong understanding of structural systems and detailing practices
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drawing and modeling work
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective collaboration and communication abilities in a multi-disciplinary environment
  
  

Work Schedule (Dayshift)

• Monday to Friday 7AM-4PM (Manila Time)
  
  

Work Setup (WFH)

• Permanent Homebased
• Candidates are expected to have a conducive (quiet, distraction-free) dedicated workspace
• Equipment will be provided by the company
• Hired staff is required to have a stable and reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed.
