About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong candidate pipelines and supporting the hiring process across various departments. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about recruiting and looking to grow in the field of talent acquisition.

Work Setup: Remote / Work from home

Working Hours / Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Eastern Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT)

What you’ll do

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Use sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards) to identify and engage passive candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone screens to assess fit
• Maintain candidate data and pipeline status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Support recruiters with scheduling interviews and coordinating feedback
• Help build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruiting

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, HR, or administrative support
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruiting tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn
• Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
• Experience with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Trakstar, etc.)
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
• Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment
