Role Overview

We are looking for a Shopify Store Developer & Designer to build, maintain, and optimize multiple e-commerce stores across the UK, EU, and US markets. This role focuses on Shopify store setup, visual presentation, product configuration, and e-commerce execution, while also working closely with inventory management and 3PL partners to support smooth fulfillment and launches.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for store design and merchandising, combined with hands-on experience in Shopify administration and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain Shopify storefronts, ensuring a clean, user-friendly, and conversion-focused layout.
• Customize Shopify themes using built-in tools and theme settings (no advanced coding required).
• Manage visual merchandising across stores, including:
• Homepage layouts
• Product and collection pages
• Promotional banners and featured products
• Ensure brand consistency across all regional stores (UK, EU, US).
• Set up and manage products, variants, pricing, collections, and discounts within Shopify.
• Support pre-orders, product launches, evergreen ranges, seasonal drops, and sales campaigns.
• Ensure product information, imagery, and pricing are accurate and launch-ready.
• Coordinate store updates to align with marketing and operational timelines.
• Manage inventory visibility within Shopify and coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Advance inbound shipments following production runs or tour closures.
• Monitor stock movements to prevent overselling or fulfillment delays.
• Act as a point of contact with 3PLs for:
• Order fulfillment issues
• Shipping delays or discrepancies
• Customer service escalations related to logistics
• Optimize storefront layout and merchandising to improve conversion rate and customer experience.
• Support the use of Shopify apps, automation tools, and promotions to drive sales performance.
• Identify and recommend improvements to store structure, navigation, and product presentation.
• Provide updates on store readiness, inventory status, and operational risks impacting launches.

• 2+ years of experience working with Shopify store development and design.
• Strong experience in Shopify admin, including theme customization, product setup, and collections.
• Experience supporting e-commerce operations and inventory workflows.
• Working knowledge of 3PL warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics, including international shipping.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stores and timelines.
• Experience in merchandising, retail, music merchandise, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
