Role Summary

We are hiring a mid-senior level SEO Specialist based in the Philippines to work remotely as part of an Australian-based team.

The SEO Specialist Will

• Own SEO execution across multiple client accounts
• Translate go-to-market strategy into search opportunity
• Work closely with strategists, content, paid media, and web teams
• Communicate clearly and proactively with Australian stakeholders
• Bring data-led insight (not just reporting) to inform priorities and recommendations
  
  

This is a strategic execution role, not a purely technical or production role.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Have 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
• Can clearly explain how SEO supports business growth, not just rankings
• Are strong across technical, on-page, content, and off-page fundamentals
• Have experience working with Western clients or agencies (AUS/NZ preferred)
• Are comfortable in client-adjacent / client-facing roles
• Communicate clearly in spoken and written English
• Work independently and take ownership of outcomes
• Show curiosity and adaptability to learn new search capabilities over time (e.g., answer-led formats / SERP features)
  
  

Required Skills & Tools

• Technical SEO audits and prioritisation
• Keyword research and search intent analysis
• On-page optimisation (content, metadata, internal linking, site structure)
• Off-page SEO and link acquisition strategy (quality-first; risk-aware)
• Local SEO: Google Business Profile (GBP) optimisation, local landing page strategy, citations management, and improving local pack / map results
• Data analysis: interpreting GSC/GA4 and SEO tool metrics to diagnose issues, quantify opportunity, and track outcomes; competitor analysis

Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm PH
