SEO Executive

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies, optimising website performance and content, conducting SEO analysis, and managing SEO activities across client accounts. This is a hands-on role suited to an SEO professional with strong technical, content, analytical, and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Optimise website structure, meta tags, headers, internal linking, and other on-page elements.
• Conduct keyword research and identify high-value search terms aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse competitor strategies to identify opportunities and inform SEO planning.
• Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and SE Ranking to monitor and improve website performance.
• Plan, write, and optimise SEO-friendly website content, blog posts, and articles.
• Create engaging, search-engine-optimised copy aligned with SEO objectives.
• Implement SEO recommendations directly on WordPress websites.
• Participate in client meetings to present SEO strategies, updates, and results.
  
  

About you

• Minimum 3 years of proven SEO experience, preferably within an agency environment or managing multiple client accounts.
• Demonstrated experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.
• Proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Solid understanding of WordPress, including implementation using page builders.
• Knowledge of structured data/schema markup and technical SEO best practices.
• Strong SEO copywriting and content optimisation skills.
• Experience formatting, publishing, and optimising content in WordPress.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
