The Role

As a Frontend Software Developer, you wont just be writing code; you will be designing robust, high-performance systems that are built to last. You understand that "done" doesnt just mean the code runs—it means the code is tested, documented, and ready for a professional release.

Duties And Responsibilities

Architect & Build

• Take ownership of complex system architectures.
• Ensure scalability and high performance using React and TypeScript.
  
  

Ship Quality

• Apply your experience in shipping "shrink-wrapped" or commercial-grade software.
• Ensure releases are stable, polished, and reliable.
  
  

Practice Agile Principles

• Participate in and refine Agile processes.
• Help the team balance rapid iteration with long-term architectural integrity.
  
  

Champion Testing

• Integrate rigorous automated testing into the development lifecycle.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD patterns.
• Uphold the mindset: If it isnt tested, its broken.
  
  

Qualifications and Experience

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Systems Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of memory management, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Architecture: Proven ability to design modular, maintainable systems from scratch.
• The "Shrink-Wrap" Mindset: Experience delivering boxed or high-stakes installed software where quality and backward compatibility are paramount.
• Agile Fluency: Deep understanding of Scrum or Kanban, focused on delivering incremental value without sacrificing quality.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Backend: Experience with Backend API development for building high-concurrency microservices.
• Security: Knowledge of memory-safe programming practices and security audits.
• State Management: Understanding data flow of Redux.
• Cloud: Understanding of cloud-based architectures, including PaaS and SaaS.
