About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Finance to lead post-merger integration, financial control, and commercial finance initiatives. This role will play a critical part in transitioning financial systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving business growth in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Must-Have Requirements

• Certification: Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Philippines (Mandatory)
• Experience: 4–8 years of progressive finance experience
• Strong background in audit or corporate finance (Big Four preferred)
• Experience in M&A / Post-Merger Integration (PMI), earnout tracking, or financial transition of acquired entities
• OR experience in revenue booking & reporting across multiple countries
• Strong understanding of cross-border tax & compliance
• Excellent communication skills to manage global stakeholders
  
  

• Lead transition from cash-based to accrual accounting (PFRS 15 – Service Completion Method)
• Upgrade and align MIS systems with institutional reporting standards
• Establish controls over working capital, treasury, and cash flow
• Track and report Adjusted EBITDA and earnout metrics as per SSPA
  
  

• Manage cross-border taxation and transfer pricing compliance
• Oversee withholding taxes (FWT/VAT) for international transactions
• Act as liaison with Big Four auditors, SEC, and BIR
• Ensure strong compliance and tax governance
  
  

• Act as a financial partner to business leadership
• Identify revenue opportunities and pricing strategies
• Build dashboards for unit economics, OpEx, and ROI tracking
• Develop financial models to support new market launches and cross-selling initiatives
