As a Philippines-based Senior HR-Legal Advisor, you will facilitate the development and maintenance of scalable, country-specific HR documentation and compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. You will conduct labor law research, standardize employment documentation, and create client-ready resources spanning onboarding, performance management, disciplinary processes, and termination

You will serve as a key internal point of contact for HR Advisory Services, supporting Sales and Customer Success teams with client queries and providing direct advisory guidance where required. The role also includes managing complex employee relations matters, including specialized labor law advisory for the Philippines, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and due process standar
ds.
In addition, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Onboarding, Payroll, and Legal teams to strengthen documentation governance, support training compliance initiatives across APAC, and drive process optimization to enhance scalability and operational efficie
ncy.

Philippines labor law advisory (Specialized
- Scope)Work closely with the Legal Offboarding team to advise on just and authorized cause terminations, ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and statutory due process, review documentation, and mitigate illegal dismissal risk. As required, lead administrative hearings and advise clients on appropriate next steps and disciplinary sanctions in line with the facts of the case and applicable labo
- r law.Manage DOLE statutory filings, where applicable, including Establishment Termination Reports and redundancy/retrenchment notifications. Ensure compliance with 30-day notice requirements and maintain audit-ready document
- ation.Manage DOLE SEnA and NLRC proceedings as required, including attending hearings, coordinating with legal team on hearing strategy, reviewing position papers and supporting evidence, and assessing potential risks such as reinstatement, backwages, and settlement exp
