The Senior Mapper leads the development of insight-driven, connected digital experiences aimed at overcoming a brand’s core business challenges. You study how people move from first exposure to decision and action, identify the moments that matter, and turn insight into an experience strategy that guides creative work.

What You’ll Do

• Map end‑to‑end journeys and identify key moments that impact business objectives
• Translate consumer insight into clear, actionable experience strategies.
• Partner closely with Strategy and Creative teams to shape briefs and ideas.
• Clarify what success looks like across different journey stages, not just outputs.
• Provide strategic input to experience and execution teams when needed.

• Experience in strategy, experience planning, and journey mapping.
