Role & Responsibilities
Client Communication & Data Management
Own recurring client communications and ensure accurate, up-to-date data tracking
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, concise, and timely communication
Deliver solution-oriented, high-quality service with a consistently positive attitude
Take ownership of the full client experience outside of live session rooms
Manage and maintain internal and external client data within Google Drive and Asana
Coordinate all client session logistics and requirements
Complete all session-related tasks in Asana by assigned deadlines
Proactively identify and escalate potential deadline issues to the Integrator
Own and maintain the sales dashboard in Asana
Support occasional business development research initiatives
Learn and master the EVA administrative process (training provided)
Administrative Support
Manage a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including calendar and inbox management, data entry, meeting preparation, invoicing, and occasional personal tasks
Monitor and respond to multiple inboxes with a maximum response time of two hours
Handle internal and external communications efficiently via email and phone
Effectively manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Attend Zoom meetings as required and capture detailed, accurate notes
Collaborate closely with key internal and external stakeholders
Proactively anticipate and support Waynes administrative needs
Requirements
Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Experience with EOS or prior support of an EOS Implementer is a strong advantage
Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
High level of business acumen and sound judgment
Service-oriented leadership mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Confident in asking questions and motivated to understand and continuously improve processes
Action-oriented and results-driven
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
Willingness and eagerness to learn and follow the established EVA administrative system
Flexible with working hours (overlap US and Asia time zones since client travels a lot)
Work Schedule:
Working hours 8:30am-5:30pm Malaysia Time (GMT+8) ○ During weeks when Wayne is in Hawaii (typically 2-3 weeks at a time, approximately 4 times per year), availability to shift start time as early as 5:30am Malaysia Time (GMT+8) ○ During first 4 weeks of training, will need to overlap availability with Central Time (GMT-6)
Work Setup: Home-based
Must have at least 50mbps for both download and upload speed
Must have own laptop/PC
