About The Client (US)

We specialize in residential projects on Marthas Vineyard and Cape Cod, Massachusetts

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD, including drafting, modeling, and documentation organization.
• Experience with wood-frame construction and the ability to produce accurate structural framing plans.
• Knowledge of, or a willingness to learn, the IRC (International Residential Code), IBC (International Building Code), and the Massachusetts building codes (state specific amendments to the IRC and IBC).
• Ability to work confidently in feet and inches with accuracy in drawings and measurements.
• Experience in U.S. residential construction.
• Basic rendering skills using Twinmotion, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software.
  
  

Work Schedule (Nightshift)

• Monday to Friday (9:30PM-6:30AM; Manila time)
  
  

Work Setup (WFH)

• Permanent Homebased
• Equipment will be provided by the company
• Hired staff is required to have a stable and reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed.
