Duties And Responsibilities

Lead Management & Sales Conversion

  • Monitor email, SMS, CRM systems, and all lead platforms for incoming enquiries
  • Respond to new leads immediately (speed is critical in a competitive environment)
  • Call inbound leads to qualify, quote, and close jobs
  • Maintain consistent and structured follow-up with warm and undecided prospects
  • Overcome objections and negotiate where appropriate to secure bookings
  • Maintain a strong close rate across 300-500 shared monthly leads

Lead Tracking & Administration

  • Accurately update spreadsheets/CRM with client details, pricing, notes, and follow-up status
  • Track lead sources and outcomes to measure conversion performance
  • Maintain a clean and organized daily sales pipeline
  • Ensure all confirmed jobs are properly handed over to dispatch with complete and accurate information

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Prepare daily activity reports (calls made, leads contacted, follow-ups completed, deals closed)
  • Submit weekly performance summaries including close rate, revenue generated, and pipeline status
  • Identify patterns in lost deals and suggest process improvements

B2B Sales & Partnership Development (Warm Leads - Not Cold Calling)

  • Attend scheduled meetings with potential B2B partners generated through company marketing campaigns
  • Present services, partnership structure, and value proposition clearly and confidently
  • Follow up after meetings to secure partnership agreements
  • Maintain and nurture a growing pipeline of commercial partners (2-5 meetings per week expected)
  • Build long-term relationships that generate ongoing, repeat business
  • Note: B2B outreach is not cold calling. Meetings will be pre-arranged through marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.

Customer Communication & Service

  • Maintain professional, confident communication with all prospects
  • Clearly explain services, pricing structures, and scheduling options
  • Manage client expectations accurately
  • Handle objections or minor concerns professionally before escalation

Collaboration & Operational Support

  • Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure smooth job scheduling
  • Communicate urgent client updates immediately
  • Support operational efficiency by ensuring all sales details are complete and accurate
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and response times

Experience

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 1 years of proven sales experience (phone-based sales preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience closing deals in a competitive, multi-quote environment
  • Experience handling high lead volumes and fast response times
  • Previous experience in service-based industries (removals, logistics, real estate, trades, or similar) is highly desirable

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional certifications or training in sales, business, or communication are a plus

  • Excellent objection-handling skills
  • Strong follow-up discipline and persistence
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Technical Skills

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
  • Strong email and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn internal quoting and booking systems
  • Proficient in using email, SMS platforms, and multiple lead management systems
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work setup (if remote)

Work Location

  • Home-based
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
