Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Representative / Account Executive / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth in our Wedding Insurance product line. In this role, you will work directly with wedding planners and venues to introduce them to innovative wedding insurance solutions. Your focus will be on maintaining leads, conducting outreach through email and calls, and ensuring successful onboarding and education for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, including wedding planners, venues, and other event professionals.
  • Conduct outreach through email campaigns, phone calls, and personalized communication to introduce prospects to Wedding Insurance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Educate planners and venues on the benefits of Wedding Insurance, addressing any questions and concerns.
  • Assist in onboarding new planners and venues to ensure they understand how to offer and promote wedding insurance to their clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with planners and venues, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for clients during onboarding and as they promote the product.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and suggest improvements for the wedding insurance program.
  • Represent at wedding industry events and conferences to build awareness and generate new leads.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, marketing, or related fields.
  • One to three years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the wedding, event planning, or insurance industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Experience with email outreach tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with the wedding and event planning industry is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also excelling independently

Work Location

  • Home-based
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
