Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, supporting sales initiatives, and assisting with light administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate has sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential clients via phone, email, and CRM platforms
• Support sales pipeline management and follow-ups
• Perform administrative duties as needed
• Provide high-quality customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience in sales
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude and strong organizational skills
  
  

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Manila Time

Work Setup: Home-based

• Must have at least 50mbps for both download and upload speed
• Own laptop/PC for taking assessments and interviews
