This role supports the Talent Acquisition function by handling application screening, active sourcing, scheduling, and coordination work. The purpose is to support a smooth hiring process so the TA Lead can focus on interviews, assessment, and hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Application Review and Paper Screening
Review incoming applications in the ATS against defined role requirements.

Prepare candidate profiles and documents so they are complete and easy to review.

Active Sourcing Support
Review candidate profiles in external job boards and sourcing platforms where access is provided.
Identify potential candidates whose experience aligns with current role requirements.
Share sourced profiles with the TA Lead for review and next steps.
Document sourcing activity and candidate notes in the ATS, following agreed guidelines.
Interview and Panel Scheduling
Coordinate interview availability with candidates.
Work with BUAAs, EAs, and interviewers to align schedules for interviews and panels.
Send calendar invites and interview details to all participants.
Communicate changes or updates related to interview schedules.
Candidate Communication and Coordination

Share clear instructions and next steps with candidates.
Follow up as needed to support continuity of the process.
Escalate issues or risks to the TA Lead when appropriate.
Assessment and Reference Check Administration
Send assessment links and follow up on completion.
Request and collect reference contact details from candidates.
Send reference requests and consolidate responses for review.
Ensure assessment and reference materials are properly documented.
Pre‑Onboarding Administration (Non‑Confidential)
Support administrative steps after hiring decisions are confirmed, as instructed by the TA Lead.
Update candidate status in the ATS.

Scope and Boundaries of the Role
This role does not conduct interviews, assess candidates, or make hiring decisions.
This role does not have access to salary details, offer amounts, calibration documents, or confidential compensation information.
All hiring decisions, offers, and employment terms are handled by the TA Lead and C&B.

Skills And Experience
Experience in recruitment coordination, sourcing support, or HR administration is preferred.
Familiarity with job boards or sourcing platforms is an advantage where access is provided.
Comfortable working with ATS platforms (Avature experience is an advantage).
