They are currently entering an expansive, major engineering build phase including the launch of brand-new native mobile apps, an innovative subscription membership framework, a custom credit engine, and self-serve merchant tooling.

They are now looking for talented React Native Developers to join their growing global team in a fully remote setup.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting directly to New Zealand-based architecture and product leads, you will be a vital part of the mobile engineering squad, supporting the end-to-end development of native iOS and Android applications. Your responsibilities include:

• Engineered Features: Build and ship high-quality, cross-platform mobile features using React Native and TypeScript.
• Platform Integration: Integrate native iOS/Android capabilities and write or maintain custom native modules when required.
• Deployment Ownership: Manage the full app store deployment lifecycle, handling builds, signing, releases, and reviews for the Apple App Store and Google Play.
• API Collaboration: Consume and help architect robust REST and GraphQL APIs in close collaboration with backend engineering teams.
• Code Quality: Champion high standards for performance, accessibility, testing, and maintainability through rigorous code reviews.

What You’ll Bring

• 3 to 5+ years of professional experience building production-ready React Native applications.
• Hands-on experience with native tooling (Xcode, Android Studio) and the end-to-end deployment process for both iOS and Android stores.
• Deep mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript, modern mobile state management, and mobile navigation architecture.
• Demonstrated success integrating REST or GraphQL APIs, authentication protocols, and third-party SDKs.
• Solid familiarity with automated testing frameworks, Git workflows, and collaborative version control.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with comfort collaborating across time zones.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience engineering marketplace, retail, or e-commerce mobile applications.
• Background working with digital payments, in-app purchases, wallets, or eSIM/telco mobile integrations.
• Familiarity with analytics/event tracking tools (like PostHog), Node.js, or mobile CI/CD pipelines (such as Fastlane).
