Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries and requests from owners, tenants, and trades through phone calls and email correspondence.
  • Liaise with building operators and contractors for quotes, order items and maintenance coordination.
  • Assist the Property Manager with minor budgeting, scheduling appointments, and preparation of reports.
  • Maintain strata property and brokerage records.
  • Compose and distribute various formal letters, building notices, meeting agenda packages and e-mail correspondences.
  • Maintain & update various lists and databases.
  • Data Entry - Enter account information into a property management software, update various databases of information.
  • Record Keeping - Ensure accurate & comprehensive records of properties are maintained.
  • Attend annual and special general meetings and strata council meetings virtually. Prepare agenda and minutes of annual and special general meetings and strata council meetings.
  • Templates will be provided.
  • Draft correspondence for signing by a real estate professional.
  • Prepare BC Strata Property Act forms such as Form B, Form F, Form G, Form H and Form I. Training will be provided.

Job Requirements And Qualifications

  • At least 2 (two) years of administrative, accounting and/or property management experience. Previous industry experiences an asset.
  • A resourceful thinker with exceptional time management and organizational skills, detail oriented who is always up for a challenge.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines while ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient use of office equipment & software - including but not limited to Windows, Microsoft Office (with emphasis on word and Excel), Outlook, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as within a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a successful track record of working with clients at all levels.
  • Tech Savvy and knows a lot about Google Drive

  • Night shift but there is a possibility of working in a day shift depending on performance
  • Fluent in English language

Work Location

  • Home-based
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
