Role purpose

The Production Graphic Designer is responsible for high-volume, detail-driven design execution across multiple brands. This role ensures catalogues, packaging, manuals and sales materials are produced accurately, efficiently and consistently within established brand systems.

This is a production-led role that supports the wider creative team by removing bottlenecks and protecting quality at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, update and roll out catalogues across 10-12 brands, primarily updates to existing ranges
• Artwork production and versioning for packaging across multiple SKUs
• Layout and maintenance of instruction manuals, spec sheets and technical documents
• Populate and update sales decks, POS and trade materials
• Apply existing brand and style guides consistently across all outputs
• Solve layout challenges independently, escalating to Creative Lead where required
• Prepare print-ready artwork (pre-press, colour, bleed, dielines)
• Maintain clean file structures, templates and asset libraries
• Liaise directly with Product and Brand teams, with final sign-off via Creative Lead
• Manage multiple workstreams while meeting deadlines
  
  

• Advanced InDesign (essential)
• Strong working knowledge of Figma
• Confident across Photoshop, Illustrator and the full Adobe suite
• Comfortable working across print and digital production environments

• Final error checking and compliance sign-off sits with Brand and Product as a safeguard
• Clear escalation paths for complexity or ambiguity

• Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
