Join a creative team that blends tradition with technology. Were looking for a detail-obsessed, design-savvy production artist to assist in the layout and design of both print and digital publications — including program books, marketing collateral, and ad placements. If you geek out over clean grids, proper pagination, and design that just works, youll feel right at home here.

What Youll Do

• Assist in designing and producing visually stunning print and digital publications, ensuring proper flow, pagination, and layout consistency.
• Create and format print and digital ads, following best practices in typography, white space, hierarchy, and brand guidelines.
• Handle mechanical file preparation — pre-flighting, color correction, font embedding, linked assets, and final export for press or digital deployment.
• Collaborate with our internal team to translate creative concepts into production-ready layouts.
• Maintain design quality by adhering to established style guides, layout rules, and technical specifications.
• Help streamline the design process by organizing files, maintaining consistency across publications, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
• Contribute to digital publications that reach thousands via Audience Access, our mobile-first SaaS platform.
  
  

What You Bring

• Fluency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (bonus if youve used Adobe Acrobat for press prep or XD for digital layout).
• Strong understanding of pagination logic, print production standards, and digital design fundamentals.
• A great eye for detail and a passion for pixel-perfect layout.
• Ability to work independently, juggle deadlines, and communicate clearly with a remote team.
• Prior experience in publication design, ad design, or production art is a major plus.
