Job Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager for Cards Scheme & Usage to maximize the value and market relevance of the GXI GCash Card. This role will focus on driving card usage growth, leveraging scheme benefits, and understanding customer payment behavior to enhance product profitability and growth strategy. Key Responsibilities:


1. Product Strategy & Usage Growth:


  • Develop and execute the product strategy to drive card transaction volume and customer engagement (DAU/MAU ratio).
  • Manage the card’s P&L, optimizing revenue through interchange fees and scheme rewards.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and address customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, implement, and track A/B tests and campaigns to boost card adoption and usage.
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to prioritize features that meet user needs and enhance card stickiness.


2. Scheme Relationship Management & Value Optimization:

  • Serve as the primary product liaison with major debit card schemes (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).
  • Maximize financial incentives and usage benefits through strong partnerships with card schemes.
  • Identify and implement scheme-specific rewards, loyalty programs, and co-branding opportunities to drive customer loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements while leveraging scheme solutions for promotional opportunities and payment enhancements.


3. Cross-functional Execution & Go-to-Market (GTM):

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for all card features and rewards programs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure seamless execution of card-related campaigns and initiatives.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in FinTech, Payments, or Banking, with a focus on debit/credit cards.
  • Strong understanding of the payment transaction lifecycle (authorization, settlement, interchange) and card product economics.
  • Expertise in major card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) and their reward mechanisms, partnership models, and rules.
  • Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret usage data (LTV, CAC, churn rate) and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and prioritize features based on business value and user needs.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with loyalty, rewards, or co-branded card programs.
  • Familiarity with BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) or credit products.
  • Previous experience in a regulated banking or Electronic Money Issuer (EMI) environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
