General Responsibilities


Process Governance & Documentation

  • Document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments
  • Ensure processes are aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements
  • Establish process ownership and accountability


Quality Assurance & Monitoring

  • Define and track quality metrics (KPIs, SLAs, error rates)
  • Conduct quality reviews / audits of processes and outputs
  • Perform walkthroughs, testing, and validation of controls
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in operations


Continuous Improvement

  • Lead process improvement initiatives
  • Analyze root causes of issues and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Drive efficiency, cost reduction, and turnaround time improvements


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with Operations, Product, Tech, Risk, and Compliance teams
  • Act as a bridge between business and execution teams


Risk & Control Assessment and Support

  • Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and compliance issues
  • Embed controls within processes to reduce operational and compliance risks
  • Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls and risk frameworks
  • Assess exposure to operational, financial, and regulatory risks


Reporting & Recommendations

  • Prepare status reports and/or checklists of processes and procedures
  • Provide actionable recommendations to management
  • Present findings to senior leadership



Qualifications


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field
  • 3–8+ years in process improvement, operations, or quality management


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of process mapping and design.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to be assigned to rotational roles in different shifts including the graveyard shift (i.e. 10PM to 7AM) across different functions as required by the organization.
