The Opportunity

The Administrative Coordinator performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support a department or a group of professionals. This role handles assignments of moderate scope and complexity, requiring some judgment and initiative. Working under general supervision, the Administrative Coordinator is a reliable resource who contributes to the efficiency and organization of their team.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinates meetings, including scheduling, reserving rooms, and preparing necessary materials or agendas.
  • Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations from rough drafts or general instructions.
  • Manages calendars for multiple team members, resolving scheduling conflicts with limited guidance.
  • Assists with processing expense reports, purchase orders, or invoices in a timely and accurate manner.


What You Will Bring

  • Typically requires a any bachelors degree or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid understanding of office administration procedures and systems.
  • Strong proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
