About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Systems Analyst to support and strengthen critical business operations across EDI, ERP, inventory, customer requirements, and systems coordination. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, connect operational processes across teams, and take ownership of complex initiatives with minimal ramp-up time. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, practical systems knowledge, and the confidence to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners. While EDI is an important aspect of the role, this position has a broader scope and is designed for someone who understands how operations, data, systems integrations, and execution work together.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams for operations-related matters
• Provide timely support for customer inquiries and help drive issue resolution
• Communicate effectively across departments to ensure initiatives progress smoothly
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address operational and systems-related concerns
• Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood, documented, and executed accurately
• Utilize ERP System 2000 to manage product data, order processing, and inventory tracking
• Maintain data accuracy and support consistency within the ERP environment
• Analyze business processes, data flows, and system integrations across operational functions
• Support systems integration, data validation, and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Identify operational gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions
  
  

About you

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the garment or apparel industry
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working with ERP systems within the garment or apparel industry
• Extensive knowledge of customer requirements, including vendor guidelines and routing guides
• At least 7-10 years of experience in customer service, data entry, inventory management, chargebacks, 3PL coordination, systems, B2B, and e-commerce operations
• Working knowledge of EDI, Accounts Receivable, Production, and PLM
• Familiarity with systems integration, data validation, and project management
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, business systems, and data interactions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead discussions, ask insightful questions, and collaborate effectively across teams
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while taking ownership of responsibilities
