Legal Services

• Property: Auction, Purchase, Selling, Refinancing
• Life and Asset: Wills, Enduring Power of Attorney (EPOA)
• Other Services: Contracting out agreements, Property Sharing Agreements, Independent Advice, Occupation Right Agreement
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assistant to legal admin team providing support in document preparation and communication with banks and lawyers
• Learning roles of other legal admin personal to be able to act in their absence and complete their dedicated tasks
• Provide assistance to gather information to allow anti money laundering obligations to be met
• Any and all other legal secretary tasks that may be necessary from time to time
  
  

Work Schedule (Dayshift)

• Monday to Friday (6:30AM-3:30PM; Manila Time)
  
  

Work Setup (WFH)

• Permanent Homebased
• Equipment will be provided by the company
• Hired staff is required to have a stable and reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed.
