The Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Network Engineer to support and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Fortinet technologies and a strong background in firewall management, routing, switching, and SD-WAN.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortinet (FortiGate) devices
• Administer and maintain firewalls (FW) to ensure network security and compliance
• Manage and support switching and routing across the network infrastructure
• Implement, monitor, and optimize SD-WAN solutions
• Perform network monitoring, performance tuning, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to support network-related initiatives and projects
• Maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures
• Assist in incident response and root cause analysis for network issues
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in network engineering or a related role
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet products (FortiGate preferred)
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols)
• Experience with firewall configuration and management
• Solid understanding of switching and routing technologies
• Exposure to or experience with SD-WAN deployments
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and documentation abilities
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Fortinet certifications (e.g., NSE)
• Experience with network monitoring tools
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or similar)
  
  

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday 11pm to 8am Manila Time
