Microsoft Intune Associate Manager

The work:

As Microsoft Intune Associate Manager , you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will be filled with collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making as you work with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of applications. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet the needs of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.

- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.

- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.

- Moving the organization away from on-premise imaging to cloud-native management.

- Design Tenant structured, including conventions and group hierarchies.

- Design "Zero-Touch" provisioning

- Create procedure for apps packaging, testing, and updating across the fleet.

SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) Architect or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) Architect role includes:

- Site Planning and Distribution Strategy

- Discovery and Gap Analysis

- Migration Planning & Consolidation

- Design Task Sequences

Here’s what you’ll need:

- Required skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Intune.

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.

- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with SCCM and Microsoft 365.

- Strong understanding of application support methodologies and best practices.

- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner.

- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and their integration with on-premises systems.

- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement necessary changes.

- This position is based at our Manila office.
