The Client

A technology and consulting firm specializing in delivering business-driven IT solutions. We help organizations streamline operations by designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise systems aligned with real-world business processes.

The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Central Expert who can deeply understand client business processes and translate them into well-designed, scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in analysis, solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement, ensuring that Business Central supports operational efficiency and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand end-to-end business processes across finance, operations, supply chain, and reporting
• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support business requirements
• Configure and customize Business Central modules to align with operational workflows
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with developers, consultants, and stakeholders during implementation Support data migration, testing, user training, and go-live activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization Provide post-implementation support and enhancements as needed
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Central Consultant / Expert
• Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance, accounting, operations, and reporting
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and configuration
• Ability to design solutions that align system capabilities with business needs
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing environments
  
  

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with AL development or working closely with Business Central developers
• Knowledge of integrations between Business Central, SQL Server, and third-party systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Consulting or project-based implementation experience

• Monday–Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00 / 11AM - 8PM Manila Time
