We are seeking a hands-on Marketing & Lead Generation Manager who can plan, execute, optimise and scale our marketing systems.

You Will Be Directly Responsible For

• Lead volume
• Lead quality
• Cost per lead
• Conversion performance Revenue contribution

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead Generation & Paid Advertising

• Create, manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Manage Google Ads (search, call-based, local intent)
• Test creatives, off ers and audiences
• Scale campaigns that perform and cut what doesn’t
  
  

Funnels & Conversion

• Build and optimise landing pages and lead forms
• Improve enquiry-to-booking conversion rates
• Work closely with sales/estimating to improve lead quality
• Implement retargeting and follow-ups
  
  

Social Media (Organic + Paid)

• Manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Create and plan posts, reels and project showcases
• Support paid ads with organic content
• Build trust and authority through consistent posting
  
  

LinkedIn Lead Generation

• Source and generate leads from builders, developers and commercial clients
• Run outbound connection and message sequences
• Post and engage to drive inbound enquiries
  
  

Reporting & Performance

• Track and report on key KPIs weekly
• Monitor CPL, conversion rates and ROI
• Continuously test, optimise and improve performance
  
  

Essential

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in performance marketing / lead generation
• Hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of funnels and conversion optimisation
• Ability to manage campaigns independently
• Commercial mindset — you care about ROI, not likes
  
  

Highly Preferred

• Experience in construction, trades, property or local services
• Experience generating high-value leads
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking
• LinkedIn lead generation experience
