About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Innovation Officer to lead end-to-end product and packaging innovation projects for a key Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. You will manage projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery, operational excellence, and high-quality outcomes. This role requires strong project management expertise, proficiency with project management software, and Mandarin language skills for effective communication with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product and packaging innovation projects from concept through launch, including feasibility, R&D, and approvals.
• Facilitate project kick-offs, progress updates, and lessons-learned sessions with stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones, track deliverables using project management software, identify risks, and implement strategies to keep projects on track.
• Mentor project managers and coordinators, sharing best practices and fostering continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and influence execution of process improvements.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in CPG or FMCG (not required).
• Strong project management experience, including using tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Mandarin language proficiency (written/reading and spoken) required.
• Proven track record delivering innovation projects from concept to launch.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
