What You’ll Be Doing

Do you have a passion for leading, mentoring and coaching? Looking to make a positive impact on the employee experience? This team provides streamlined Licensing services throughout the employee’s lifecycle. In this role, you’ll coach and develop leaders to make sure they’re on track to meet goals and motivate their teams. You’ll review and analyze Licensing processes, timelines and issues tracking for trends and proactive solutioning. You’ll be a part of the team working to acquire and maintain licenses at each stage of agent lifecycle to meet client needs.

You’ll report to the Licensing Director . You’ll impact the business by creating a positive employee experience through developing team leaders who support employees with access to the tools and systems they need to achieve maximum potential in each phase of their career.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Monitor overall team tasks needed to acquire resident and non-resident licenses for multiple TTEC lines of business to ensure contract agreements are met
• Attend daily, weekly, and monthly calibration and licensing leadership calls to align on Licensing processes, deliverables and changes in the compliance structure
• Provide feedback and coaching to Licensing employees using internal tools and 1:1 meetings
  
  
  

What You Bring to the Role

• 3 -year minimum TTEC tenure
• 3-year minimum tenure with Onboarding Guide or ID Management Team
• Ability to identity and mitigate risks
• Proven organizational skills and ability to set and meet/exceed objectives
• Advanced MS Office skills including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PPT, SharePoint
• Strong decision-making skills, ability to manage difficult situations, and de-escalate/diffuse
