What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Lead Talent Acquisition Sourcer within our Operations division. This position falls under our Corporate line of business and is located in the Philippines. In this role, you will lead sourcing efforts across operations and sales while managing and mentoring sourcers. You will report directly to Global Talent Acquisition Manager and regularly collaborate with Talent Acquisitions Partners.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for operations and sales roles.
  • Leveraging multiple sourcing channels and tools to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Coordinating interview activity and managing candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Providing data-driven recruiting updates and insights to HR leadership.
  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of talent acquisition sourcers.
  • Managing additional recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience supporting USA-region recruiting
  • Experience recruiting across operations and sales functions
  • Demonstrated leadership or team lead experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics
  • Advanced proficiency using Indeed and LinkedIn for sourcing
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
