About the Role – Key Account Management Specialist (Mandarin-Speaking)

We are looking for a Fluent Mandarin-speaking Key Account Management Specialist to help drive Salmon’s growth and strengthen our partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building relationships, leading projects, and working in a fast-paced fintech environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the onboarding of new merchants, ensuring smooth integration and compliance
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand Salmon’s market presence
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Manage internal projects that maximize performance and growth potential
  • Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with merchant
  • Ensure complete and compliant merchant onboarding (requirements & contracts)
  • Promote and drive adoption of Salmon products with potential partner
  • Prepare and deliver business review reports for performance alignment
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts, positioning Salmon as the preferred financing partner
  • Initiate and execute marketing promotions to boost sales performance
  • Develop expansion strategies with current partners to increase market share
  • Oversee new projects to improve sales and market positioning
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution


What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)non-negotiable.
  • Open to fresh graduates with strong Mandarin proficiency and a passion for business development.
  • Candidates with experience in account management, partnerships, or business development are also highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
