They currently have offices and warehouses in Portugal, Estonia, US, China, Japan, and the Philippines. About the Role

The company is looking for a talented, highly motivated Jr. Operations Specialist, becoming part of our global operations network and a part of our Operations team in Manila. The associate will have a pivotal role inside our Production team, serving as the Product Quality daily flow coordinator.

The Jr. Ops Associate will be responsible for a set of tasks and coordination activities with the focus to maintain a very high standard in terms of output, quality and service level for our Product Quality activities. This colleague will ensure proper planning and capacity allocation enabling smooth and stable operations flow in their field of responsibilities.

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of responsibility and with capacity to work in an autonomous and proactive manner. Previous know-how in Luxury Fashion is nice to have; interest to learn on the job and become proficient in this field is a must have.

Working Hours / Schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PHT , Monday to Friday.

Work Setup: Remote / Work from home (occasional face-to-face gatherings and onboarding at the Sheridan office.)

Key responsibilities and expectations include:

• Owning and driving daily results for the Product Match and Review areas
• Ownership for troubleshooting, raising blockers in the process with sense in a timely manner
• Sense of ownership and a get things done attitude
• Autonomous, proactive and collaborative ways of working
• Aptitude and interest to learn about Luxury Fashion, technical knowledge about Luxury
• Fashion Products is required, therefore previous knowledge (or interest to develop in this
• field) are desired skils
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace tools and applications.
• Easiness to work in a full english speaking and multi-cultural environment

• What you’ll doDaily management of the pool of Freelancers ensuring efficient works and workload management
• Daily monitoring of Product Match and Review metrics
• Creation of reports and status updates as needed
• Responsible for the daily overview of all related tasks across Quality Control processes as well as Product Match and Review ones.
• The colleague will also liaise with other areas of the team and participate in initiatives related to the continuous improvement of our processes.
• Liaise with capacity management and planning for early on resource planning
• Identify quality and accuracy issues in freelancers’ work.
• Maintain product information and quality control guidelines, ensuring all materials are current and up to date.

What You Bring

• Studied Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or in an Operations related field
• At least 2 years of work experience
• Experience in the field of Warehouse Operations, Logistics and/or Ecommerce from advantage.
• You might have worked in fashion industry but always had a soft spot for what happens behind the scenes
• Strong interpersonal skills, including confidence working with multiple stakeholders
• Structured, organised, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
• Adaptable, flexible, and collaborative, with a “can-do” attitude; thrives in fast-paced
• environments and works confidently autonomously
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills
