Our client is a preowned luxury fashion tech company, that enables brands and retailers to buy & sell used goods through innovation and technology. They have developed a unique Resale as a Service solution utilized by the world’s largest retailers, and are also a global distributor (B2B player) of pre-owned luxury fashion for businesses. They currently have offices and warehouses in Portugal, Estonia, US, China, Japan, and the Philippines. They foster curiosity, by continuously providing our team members with avenues to explore, experiment, innovate and disrupt the current luxury resale model in a nutshell, that is our essence.

The Operations team is central to the organization, overseeing the entire product journey. This includes managing all Supply Chain activities from Inbound, Quality Control, and Visual Asset Management to Logistics fulfillment and Delivery. The team is also responsible for developing and implementing new operational processes, optimizing efficiencies, and managing costs. The team is geographically distributed, with members located in the Philippines, Portugal, China, and Japan.


About the Role

The Inbound Jr. Operations Specialist will join a geographically distributed production network and play a pivotal role within the Manila-based operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating activities focused on maintaining a very high standard of output, quality, and service levels for inbound warehouse tasks. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, strategic thinking, and the capacity to execute tasks autonomously and proactively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Working Hours / Schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PHT , Monday to Friday.

Work Setup: Remote / Work from home (occasional face-to-face gatherings and onboarding at the Sheridan office.)


What you’ll do

  • Daily monitoring of Client Returns, Authentication, Regular Items, & Virtual Lend Goods metrics
  • Support in operational day-to-day client returns processing.
  • Creation of reports and status updates as needed
  • Maintain warehouse guidelines, ensuring all materials are current and up to date.
  • Maintain up-to-date warehouse equipment records and timely processing of equipment requests
  • Liaise with capacity management and planning for early on resource planning
  • The colleague will also liaise with other areas of the team and participate in initiatives related to the continuous improvement of our processes.


What You Bring

  • Maintain production team service level and efficiency rating by controlling the processing lead time of warehouse operations.
  • Ownership for troubleshooting, raising blockers in the process with sense in a timely manner Sense of ownership and a get things done attitude
  • Autonomous, proactive and collaborative ways of working
  • Aptitude and interest to learn about Luxury Fashion, technical knowledge about Luxury Fashion Products is required, therefore previous knowledge (or interest to develop in this field) are desired skils
  • Submit suggestions for continuous improvement of the existing process Knowledgeable in Google Workspace tools and applications.
  • • Easiness to work in a full english speaking and multi-cultural environment
  • You studied Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or in an Operations related field You bring at least year of work experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in the field of Warehouse Operations, Logistics and/or Ecommerce from advantage.
  • You might have worked in fashion industry but always had a soft spot for what happens behind the scenes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including confidence working with multiple stakeholders Structured, organised, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and collaborative, with a "can-do" attitude; thrives in fast-paced environments and works confidently autonomously
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills
