Your Role

As a JR. NOC Support Associate, you will:

Monitor network devices, servers, and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Respond to system alerts and incidents, performing initial troubleshooting based on standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate internal teams or vendors while maintaining accurate incident documentation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support issue resolution, preventive maintenance, and change management activities.

Generate and analyze reports on network performance, incidents, and resolution metrics.

Assist in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and infrastructure changes.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of network topology, IT infrastructure, and operational processes.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC), IT support, or network operations role.

Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

Experience troubleshooting network, server, or application-related issues.

Willingness to work on shifting schedules and provide on-call support when required.

Preferred Skills/expertise

Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Nagios.

Basic understanding of firewalls, routers, and switches.

Experience generating performance and incident reports.

Exposure to ITIL-based incident and change management processes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
